Art League of Marco Island Fine Craft Fair

Director: Lynn Holley serves as Executive Director of the Art League. Holley moved to the Naples area from Santa Barbara, California, where she was the curator and gallery director at the Bronfman Family Jewish Community Center. She is an independent art consultant to national and international artists and collectors, and a freelance journalist and writer of essays and art reviews. Holley is also the co-founder of the Fine Arts Film Festival, which premiered in California in 2010.
Holley’s professional experience includes leading a number of non-profit organizations and academic departments. For her writing and marketing strategies she has won numerous awards including the Gold Medal for Communications from the Council for the Advancement of Secondary Education (CASE) in Washington, D.C.; and the Community Service Award, the highest honor given to civilians from the United States Air Force.
Holley’s professional work in journalism and marketing in New York, and her leadership in academia have garnered her national recognition. She is a Gold Medal winner in Communications from the Council for the Advancement of Secondary Education in Washington, D.C., and a recipient of the Community Service Award, the highest honor given to civilians by the United States Air Force. She is also an ISIA Gold Medal winner in figure skating.
Holley grew up in Ithaca, New York. She attended Cornell University andEmpire State College. She has a B.S. in Communications and an M.A. in Museum Studies from the University of Leicester, England, where she graduated with Distinction in 2008.
