‘Urinetown’ play dates, times and ticket info
Music & Lyrics: Mark Hollman, Mark Hollman & Greg Kotis
Book: Greg Kotis
Synopsis: Fort Myers, the Cape and all of the west coast of Florida from Naples to Bradenton-St. Pete are experiencing one of the worst water crises in Florida history. But it pales in comparison to the terrible water shortage taking place in a Gotham-like city by the name of Urinetown.
Caused by a 20-year drought, Urinetown’s water shortage has led to a government-enforced ban on private toilets. The citizens must use public amenities, which are regulated by a single malevolent company that profits by charging admission for one of humanity’s most basic needs. A hero emerges from the masses who decides that he’s had enough and plans a revolution to lead them all
to freedom.

Tom Hall is both an amateur artist and aspiring novelist who writes art quest thrillers. He is in the final stages of completing his debut novel titled "Art Detective," a story that fictionalizes the discovery of the fabled billion-dollar Impressionist collection of Parisian art dealer Josse Bernheim-Jeune, thought by many to have perished during World War II when the collection's hiding place, Castle de Rastignac in southern France, was destroyed by the Wehrmacht in reprisal for attacks made by members of the Resistance operating in the area. A former tax attorney, Tom holds a bachelor's degree as well as both a juris doctorate and masters of laws in taxation from the University of Florida. Tom lives in Estero, Florida with his fiancee, Connie, and their four cats.
