Spotlight on November TGIM celebrity judge Kyle Cebull
Kyle Cebull will be one of November’s celebrity TGIM judges. Kyle is the founder of Millennial Brewing, whose ambitious goal is to the create a one of a kind community of beer lovers. “Once I paired up with a skilled brewmaster, everything fell right into place,” says Kyle, who’s loved beer for as long as he can remember. “All of my previous experience with leadership and business lead me right into starting Millennial Brewing.”
Millennial is located in an old, abandoned 6,300-square foot warehouse located on Royal Palm Avenue in
the downtown Fort Myers River District. As the name connotes, the brewery utilizes technology, innovation and a desire to not only create a unique brewing experience, but a customer-focused beer haus complete with wooden tables, reclaimed-wood accent walls and concrete bar. Some of its unique brews include American Revolution (an English malted, American hopped
pale ale made for summer afternoons at the beach), Get Stuffed (a malt forward, lightly hopped, sessionable amber colored ale that goes great with anything from pizza to traditional fish and chips), Clever Girl (a citrus filled IPA with a big hop nose, and a clean finish) and Coffee and Contemplation (an English porter blended with Rebel Coffee), as well as rotating beers that include an imperial stout, an NE IPA, a Brut Kolsch and a Belgian Tripel.
Millennial Brewing has helped raise hundreds of thousands of dollars in two years for more than 75 different nonprofit organizations through beer and sale donations, as well as providing a venue for events to raise funds and awareness.

He is in the final stages of completing his debut novel titled "Art Detective," a story that fictionalizes the discovery of the fabled billion-dollar Impressionist collection of Parisian art dealer Josse Bernheim-Jeune, thought by many to have perished during World War II when the collection's hiding place, Castle de Rastignac in southern France, was destroyed by the Wehrmacht in reprisal for attacks made by members of the Resistance operating in the area. A former tax attorney, Tom holds a bachelor's degree as well as both a juris doctorate and masters of laws in taxation from the University of Florida. Tom lives in Estero, Florida with his fiancee, Connie, and their four cats.
