Tricia Hennessy
With a career in dance and theatre spanning more than 30 years, Tricia Hennessy plays the part of Lucy Harris in New Phoenix Theatre’s production of Jekyll & Hyde the Musical.
Over the decades, Tricia has performed in numerous community and regional theater productions, including the role of Inga in Young Frankenstein for New Phoenix Theatre, the title role in The Drowsy Chaperone for Creative Theater Workshop, Widow Corney in Oliver for Creative Theater
Workshop, Gladys in The Pajama Game for Cultural Park Theater, Mrs. Mayor Lubbock in Seussical for Moonlight Musicals, Baroness Elberfeld in The Sound of Music for Mill Mountain Theatre, Velma VonTussle in Hairspray for Community Theater of Terra Haute, ensemble work (and US Rose Smith) in Meet Me in St. Louis for Community Theater of Terre Haute, Angel in Best Little Whorehouse in Texas for Huntington Beach Playhouse, Josephine in HMS Pinnafore for Huntington Beach Playhouse, Woman 3 in The World Goes ‘Round for Western Carolina University, Vibratta in A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum for Western Carolina University,
Town’s Girl in Annie Get Your Gun for Community Theater of Terre Haute and Maggie in Bye, Bye Birdie for Community Theater of Terre Haute.
Tricia has served as choreographer in three productions, Thoroughly Modern Millie for Terre Haute South Vigo High School, The King and I for Maple Avenue United Methodist Summer Dinner Theatre and You’re a Good Man Charlie Brown for Terre Haute South Vigo High School.
She also
served as Assistant Director for the latter production.
A soprano, Hennessy has performed in a number of operas, performing in the roles of the Egyptian in Giuliocesare for Opera Roanoke, Susanna in Le Nozze de Figaro for Capitol City Opera Company, Mimi in La Boheme for Capitol City Opera Company, Despina in Cosi Fan Tutte for Capitol City Opera Company, Mercedes in Carmen for Capital City Opera Company, Susanna in Le Nozze de Figaro for Western Carolina University, Anna in Falstaff for Western Carolina University and Fiordiligi
in Cosi Fan Tutte for Western Carolina University.
Hennessy is also an accomplished dance instructor. She’s taught ballet, modern, tap and pointe for Encore Dance Ministries in Sylva, North Carolina; ballet, tap, musical theater and hip hop at Mommy & Me Endeavor School of the Arts in Newport Beach, California; ballet, contemporary and acting at Studio Elite in Cape Coral; and ballet, tap and jazz at Lee’s School of Dance in Terra Haute, Indiana.
Performing
on stage whether in opera, community or regional theater is Tricia’s dream come true. When she is not performing, she supports those who do as the owner of Empower Dance and Athletic Wear in Cape Coral, FL. In that capacity, she is dedicated to working with young dancers and performers to give them the dance and activewear necessary to properly hone their craft.

Tom Hall is both an amateur artist and aspiring novelist who writes art quest thrillers. He is in the final stages of completing his debut novel titled "Art Detective," a story that fictionalizes the discovery of the fabled billion-dollar Impressionist collection of Parisian art dealer Josse Bernheim-Jeune, thought by many to have perished during World War II when the collection's hiding place, Castle de Rastignac in southern France, was destroyed by the Wehrmacht in reprisal for attacks made by members of the Resistance operating in the area. A former tax attorney, Tom holds a bachelor's degree as well as both a juris doctorate and masters of laws in taxation from the University of Florida. Tom lives in Estero, Florida with his fiancee, Connie, and their four cats.
